Delete your denumi account
denumi is made by Muhammad Zaki Al-Afrani, trading as discoverd. You can delete your account at any time.
In the app
- Open denumi and sign in.
- Tap Me, then Delete my account.
- Read what will be deleted, tap Delete my account, then tap Tap again to delete everything.
It happens straight away and can’t be undone. If you own a home that other people are still in, make one of them the owner first (Me → People → their name → Make owner).
If you pay for denumi Plus, deleting your account doesn’t cancel the subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or in denumi under Me → Denumi Plus.
Without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my denumi account”, from the email address you sign in with. We will confirm it is you and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account, name and email address.
- Every home you own on your own, with its pets, photos, routines, care history and invitations.
- Your membership in other homes and your open claims on tasks.
- Your phones’ reminder tokens, so reminders stop.
What is kept
- Care you did in homes owned by other people stays in their history, shown as “Former member” instead of your name, so their records stay complete.
- Photos you added to a pet’s album in those homes stay in the album, also shown as added by “Former member”. Remove them in the app first (open the photo, then Remove photo) if you want them gone.
- If you bought denumi Plus, its purchase record, linked only to an ID that no longer leads to your name or email.
- Copies in our hosting provider’s backups are removed when those backups expire.
