Terms of use
Effective 1 November 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and Muhammad Zaki Al-Afrani, trading as discoverd (“we”), for using the denumi app. By using denumi you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Using denumi
- You need to be at least 13 years old, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms.
- Keep your sign-in account secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Only invite people you want to share your home’s pet care with. Everyone in a home can see its pets, routines and history.
- Don’t misuse denumi: no breaking the law, no trying to access homes you aren’t a member of, no interfering with the service, and no uploading content you don’t have the right to share.
Your content
What you add, such as pet names, photos and notes, stays yours. You allow us to store and show it to the people in your homes, only to run denumi. See the privacy policy for how we handle data.
Pet care is still up to you
denumi helps you keep track of care, but it is not veterinary advice, and reminders can arrive late or not at all (for example when a phone is offline or notifications are off). Always follow your vet’s instructions, especially for medicine.
denumi Plus
Caring for your pets is always free: care, reminders and everything that grows from it never cost anything. denumi Plus gives a home room for more: more pets, more album photos, more homes of your own and all of its care history. The app shows what Plus includes and its price before you buy.
- How it’s sold. Plus is a monthly or yearly subscription, or, while it is offered, a one-time lifetime purchase. It is sold through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms, and paid with your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Renewal. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal is charged in the 24 hours before the period ends. If the price changes, the store tells you first.
- Free trial. When a free week is offered, it becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Cancelling. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or in denumi under Me → Denumi Plus. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your denumi account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
- Every home you own. One person pays, and while your Plus is live, every home you own has Plus, for everyone in it. Nobody can own more than 5 homes, with or without Plus. Plus is tied to the owner, not chosen per home. If you hand a home to another person, the home then has Plus only if the new owner has Plus. Before you leave a shared home you own or delete your account, you must make someone else its owner. Deleting your account deletes the homes you own on your own.
- Lifetime means Plus with no further payments for as long as we run denumi.
- When Plus ends, nothing is deleted. A home over the free limits keeps everything it has but can’t add more, and care older than 30 days is hidden until Plus returns.
Changes and ending
- We may change or stop features. For important changes to these terms, we will tell you before they apply, by email or in the app.
- You can stop using denumi and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.
No warranty and limits of liability
denumi is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by missed or late reminders. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
